Classes are designed to provide a safe and encouraging environment. Whether you are just starting out or you are looking for more intense workouts, Wardville Workouts has your solution.

Any age and skill level can participate in a variety of programs; I offer one-on-one personal training, small group sessions, and workouts with a specific focus on improving flexibility and mobility.

One-on-One Personal Session

the most popular choice, one on one personal training sessions are highly customized to each person's preferences and needs. A combination of cardio and strength training is typically utilized to move clients toward their individualized goals.

Small Group Session

Small group sessions are the perfect setting to "get moving" amongst friends. Up to 4 clients can enjoy rotating between heart-pumping cardio machines and muscle-sculpting strength training equipment.

Mobility and Flexibility Session

Aging can lead to weakening muscle groups throughout the body. mobility and flexibility sessions focus on toning and strengthening those muscle groups that tend to atrophy as we age. The end result is clients are able to stay active into their later years.
