I grew up playing competitive junior tennis. Therefore, very early in life, I learned how important staying active is for staying healthy and how important my workouts were to keep me on top of my tennis game.
I stopped competing on the tennis court after college, but I kept up my exercise regime because it always made me feel energized and strong and I want others to experience these same benefits! Therefore, my ultimate goal is for clients to enjoy exercise.
I help them do that by tailoring workouts very specific to their preferences, needs, and goals.
My aim is for the client to feel that “exercise high” after a session with me.
